Maintenance Surveyor (Hybrid) – 34 Days Leave, Health Plan

Home Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to inspect homes, identify issues, and coordinate repairs to maintain safety and quality. You will work within the Repairs and Maintenance team to oversee works, ensuring compliance with standards and effective outcomes for customers.

The role requires qualifications in surveying or construction, strong knowledge of building pathology, and the ability to guide trades while ensuring regulatory compliance. Hybrid working with field visits is expected.
