This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation at the forefront of ITSM, playing a key role in driving growth and expanding market presence.This hybrid role combines new business development with account management. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and growing existing client relationships by understanding their challenges and positioning solutions as a critical extension of their IT operations.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development:Drive new client acquisition through outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, networking, and partner engagementIdentify and engage key decision-makers across IT, Operations, and Service ManagementBuild, manage, and maintain a qualified sales pipelineOwn the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close and handoverAccount Management:Develop and expand existing customer relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesAct as a trusted advisor, supporting clients on their ITSM improvement journeyConduct regular account reviews to ensure long-term success and satisfactionCollaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and uncover further growth opportunitiesAdditional Responsibilities:Forecast against sales targets and provide regular progress updatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM recordsLeverage market and competitor insights to strengthen value propositionBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executivesSkills & Experience RequiredProven success in ITSM solution salesMinimum of 3 years B2B sales experienceStrong track record in both new business acquisition and account developmentExcellent negotiation, communication, and commercial skillsConfidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makersSelf-motivated, results-driven, and highly accountableKnowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL or SIAMDegree educated (business/management preferred) or equivalent experienceThis is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to maximise earnings through an uncapped commission structure while making a real impact in a growing organisation. xwzovoh Apply now to take the next step in your career….
