AMETEK MRO’s Ramsgate facility seeks an experienced Operations Manager to own site operations in a regulated aerospace MRO environment. You will lead operational delivery, financial performance, people leadership and continuous improvement with a focus on safety and quality.

Reporting to the Site Lead, you will drive strategy execution while guiding high-performing teams to achieve targets in production planning, scheduling and cost control across the site.
