Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our busy Lancashire service. Our Administrators play an integral part in supporting the team by providing administrative and clerical support, enabling them to focus on delivering our services and ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals.
Location & Hours
Location: Lancashire
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact within the service, ensuring that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies, and Change Grow Live staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Ensure effective processing of correspondence and data entry as required.
- Collate, monitor and report data, information & statistics as required.
- Maintain administrative record‑keeping and communication within the project.
- Work flexibly across operational sites as required.
About You
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, Excel spreadsheets and data entry.
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
- Ability to respond to requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
- Solid numeric skills.
- Good organisational skills.
