Process Engineer / Productie Engineer

Process EngineerWe are seeking a Process Engineer to support engineering governance, process improvement and compliance across complex, highly regulated programmes within defence and aerospace environments.You will play a key role in ensuring robust, standardised and auditable engineering processes, supporting delivery across the full product lifecycle – from development and design through to production, support and maintenance.This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in process engineering, quality systems and systems engineering integration, who thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.Develop, maintain and govern engineering processes and process modelsSupport integration of processes across design, production and support lifecycle stagesEnsure alignment with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100)Support audits, gap analysis, KPI development and CAPA activitiesDevelop process documentation, training and onboarding materialsSupport engineering governance forums and cross-functional working groupsStrong experience in process engineering and governanceProven ability to develop and document engineering processes and frameworksExperience supporting audits, root cause analysis and continuous improvementKnowledge of engineering lifecycle (design, production, support, maintenance)Exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE / SysML) (desirable)Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and complianceFlexible and hybrid working optionsOpportunity to work across high-profile defence and aerospace programmesClear opportunities for career progression and developmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageIf you’re a Process Engineer looking to make an impact within highly regulated, engineering-led environments, we’d love to hear from you…
