This is an excellent opportunity for experienced site operatives seeking ongoing work with competitive rates for both day and night shifts.

Shift Patterns & Rates

• Day Shift: £150 Day Rate
• Night Shift: £225 Night Shift Rate

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting demolition teams on site
• Soft strip and general demolition labouring duties
• Loading and unloading materials
• Site clearance and waste removal
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Assisting trades and site management where required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Valid CCDO Card (required)
• Previous demolition or construction site experience
• Full PPE
• Good understanding of site health & safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual attitude

Desirable

• Asbestos Awareness
• Face Fit Certificate
• Manual Handling
• Additional site tickets are advantageous
