Scenic Production Manager – Essex

This is a position at a leading Essex-based company specialising in the design and manufacture of high-impact displays for product launches, set builds, and seasonal events. They’re seeking a talented Scenic Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process, from workshop to on-site installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scenic build projects from concept to completion
• Lead a skilled workshop team and coordinate freelancers
• Ensure builds are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
• Liaise with design, project management, and client teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in scenic or production management
• Strong understanding of materials, build techniques, and fabrication processes
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• ‘On the tools’ experience ideal
• Full UK driving licence preferred
