About The Job

This role will collaborate closely with, and be matrix‑managed by, the Claims & Labelling Coordinator as well as the Claims Team Lead.
The Challenge
Looking ahead to 2030, we are targeting reducing GHG emissions from cotton production by half, big cuts in synthetic pesticide use, improve soil health across our network, improve farm income and support women’s empowerment among farmers and farm workers.

- Communicate any changes to the Claims Framework and requirements to colleagues within the organisation in a timely and effective manner, ensuring they have the relevant information to allow them to implement changes directly with members and certified organisations.
- Ensure the BCI Claims and consumer‑facing BCI Cotton Label webpages are kept up to date and provide relevant information in compliance with current and emerging consumer and green claims legislation.
