Head of Service – Contract Cleaning & Regional Growth

Nviro is seeking a Head of Service to lead contract cleaning across Hampshire, Brighton, West Sussex and the Isle of Wight. You will oversee regional operations, drive profitability, develop strong client relationships and align service delivery with strategic goals.

You will manage a team of operational managers, ensure health and safety compliance, and report to the Operations Director. After a six-month onboarding, you will join the Senior Leadership Team to drive long-term growth and service
