Chief Research & Policy Lead: Tackling Islamophobia

Prospectus is recruiting a Head of Research and Policy for a UK-registered charity focused on tackling anti-Muslim hate. Based in London (office-based with UK travel), this full-time permanent role reports to the CEO and leads research, evidence and advocacy efforts to shape policy and practice.

You will develop flagship reports, translate evidence into policy positions, and engage with government, Parliament, and media while guiding the research and policy function within the senior leadership
