Senior Software Engineer – Climate Tech (Hybrid, Waterloo)

Propel is hiring a senior full-stack software engineer in a hybrid role with an average of 3 days in Waterloo. You will own features from discovery to production, operating in short, high accountability sprint cycles with real ownership from day one.

Strong Python background is preferred (Django a bonus), and you will ship production software in a fast-moving product environment while collaborating across product and engineering teams to drive impactful climate tech products.
