Playbox Operations Manager – Competitive Socialising

BOXPARK Croydon is seeking a Playbox Manager with a background in competitive socialising to lead a small team of supervisors, bar and floor staff, driving guest experience and financial results.

You will manage day-to-day operations across front-of-house and back-of-house, collaborate with marketing and events on promotions, and ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance while working day, evening and weekend hours.
