Garden & Grounds Team Member – West Sussex

Responsibilities

Work with the team to maintain the park and grounds to the highest standard for our guests, including caring for flower beds, borders, and landscaped areas.

• Help create a safe, secure, and well‑maintained space for all visitors through consistent upkeep of the park’s grounds and facilities.
• Contribute to a refreshing and memorable guest experience by keeping gardens and green spaces vibrant, tidy, and in top condition year‑round.

Qualifications

Previous experience in gardening, horticulture, or grounds maintenance is valued but not essential; we provide training.

• A genuine interest in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work.
• Basic plant knowledge (identifying weeds, pruning, seasonal care).
• Familiarity with tools and equipment such as mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, etc.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and undertake physical tasks.
• Must be 18 years and over.
