Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service.
- Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Contribute to menu development and specials as required.
Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends.
