Job Description
You will be the first dedicated People hire, building the hiring engine and HR function from scratch. Working directly with the founder, you’ll scale a platform already generating £1m+ ARR. This high‑autonomy role covers end‑to‑end recruitment, performance management, and culture‑building as the company prepares for aggressive US expansion.

What You Will Do
- Own the full employee lifecycle including performance management, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives alongside recruitment.
- Design and execute a structured, fast‑moving hiring process from role scoping to onboarding to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Proactively build talent pipelines and shape the employer brand to attract top‑tier talent before hiring needs become urgent.
The ideal candidate
- Has 3+ years of experience as an HRBP, People Manager, or Senior Recruiter ready to step into a leadership function.
- Holds a degree from a Russell Group university or equivalent and possesses the confidence to influence senior leadership and founders.
- Thrives in office‑first, high‑pace environments and is comfortable building operational structures from scratch in Camden 4‑5 days a week.
