Autonomous Band 5 Children’s OT — Community Care

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Children’s Occupational Therapist to join the Childrens Therapy Services at the Crystal Children’s Development Centre in Croydon.

The post involves autonomous practice, working across health and social care with other professionals and external agencies. A manual car driver is mandatory for community-based work, and you will provide OT assessments and interventions for children and families within a multidisciplinary team.
