Overview Insight Global is partnering exclusively with a leading Tier 1 bank to source a Mid-Level Azure DevOps Engineer. Our client is a globally recognised financial institution currently undergoing a significant cloud transformation programme, encompassing multiple workstreams across a broad Azure estate.
This is a hands-on engineering role for a confident practitioner who can build, support, and operate automation and cloud infrastructure at scale. 7–10 years of hands-on infrastructure and cloud engineering experience~ Solid, practical experience across the Azure platform including networking, policy, DevOps tooling, and cloud services~ Experience building and operating complex cloud solutions in enterprise environments, not just greenfield or small-scale deployments~ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline build and maintenance~ Experience with Azure policy management and an awareness of regulatory compliance requirements~ Experience with Azure Data services – Databricks, Data Factory, and/or Azure Synapse~ Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python~ Good understanding of Azure networking including vNets, NSGs, and zone-based data flows~ Experience within financial services or regulated environments Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments (on-premise alongside Azure) Configuration management tools: Exposure to Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies within large-scale transformation programmes…
