Safeguarding and Family Worker

We have a vacancy within oursupport team for a Safeguarding and Family worker and are looking to appoint anexceptional candidate for Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School to:

• Lead safeguarding and child protection practice, managingday‑to‑day concerns, CPOMS records, Early Help referrals, professionalmeetings and appropriate responses to disclosures.
• Support pupils’ wellbeing and development, promotingemotional resilience, independence and positive outcomes through strongpastoral care.
• Work in close partnership with families andexternal agencies, acting as a key contact and signposting toappropriate community, health and support services.
• Collaborate effectively with staff, leaders andTrust colleagues, contributing to safeguarding culture, staffdevelopment, professional supervision and Trust improvement work.
• Demonstrate strong professional practice, includingreflective self‑development, effective time management, working under pressure, andmaintaining accurate, confidential records using ICT.
