Regional Field Sales Executive – Birmingham and Coventry

This role is field-based and requires travel across the West Midlands. Candidates should ideally live in Birmingham or Coventry and hold a valid full UK driving licence.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver on business KPIs across key accounts in wholesale and independent retail.
- Build in-depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamics.
- Partner with retail outlets, building strong relationships to sell new products in line with customer needs.
- Educate retailers on brand and industry legislation to build customer advocacy.
- Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets; optimise trade incentives.
- Identify new business opportunities through category and shopper behaviour analysis.
Skills & Experience
- Previous or current face-to-face sales experience within an FMCG business.
- Experience selling to and building face-to-face relationships with retailers.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with proven rapport-building.
- Team player, understanding wider team goals.
- Self-supportive, manages time and resources effectively.
- Capable of setting and meeting stretch targets.
