Job Overview
- This school caters for students aged 11‑16.
- Full‑time, Monday – Friday, Cover Supervisor role.
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students in completing set work and remaining engaged during lessons.
- Follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies at all times.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress, behaviour, and engagement.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff across the school community.
- Support the wider pastoral and academic needs of students where required.
- Contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school.

- Passion for supporting young people and education.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
