Working as a Support Worker with Care Partnership means helping people live full and meaningful lives. You support individuals in their own homes and in the community, building confidence, independence, and everyday well-being. You might go to the cinema, walk in the park, visit the beach, or go out for a coffee. At home, you may prepare meals, support daily routines, enjoy hobbies together, or simply offer companionship. No previous experience is needed. What matters most is patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to support others. We provide full training, ongoing support, and clear opportunities to progress.
