An opportunity to join a wonderful contract caterer in Central London. My client is looking for a General Catering Manager for a private investment firm. They are looking for a General Catering Manager who is aligned with up-to-date food and beverage trends and can deliver a premium hospitality service with values around integrity and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Support in daily operations across hospitality and staff dining in a high profile private investment firm
• Build relationships with clients, customers and team members
• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to across all locations
• Develop and execute operational strategies
• Oversee location finance

Preferred Experience

• Contract Catering experience from the B&I market who has the finger on food trend
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• In-depth understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
