Position Overview

MRI Software is looking for a driven and customer-oriented individual to join our Inside Sales team, focusing on account management, client retention, and contract renewals. This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop their skills in managing client relationships, supporting renewals, and driving long-term value in a fast‑paced technology setting. In this role you will work with existing clients to help them get the most out of their MRI solutions, support the renewal process, and identify ways to optimise and grow accounts. Training will be provided to help you learn our solutions, client engagement techniques, and commercial processes.

We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through phone, email, and social channels
  • Support and manage contract renewals, ensuring timely outcomes
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure ongoing value
  • Identify opportunities to optimise or expand agreements
  • Work towards retention and revenue targets
  • Keep client records updated in CRM and sales tools
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams
  • Participate in product and commercial training
  • Share insights to improve retention strategies
  • Represent MRI Software in client meetings and events as needed

  • Recent graduate or equivalent experience interested in account management, client success, or renewals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and relationship-focused mindset
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Curious and solutions-oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn CRM systems and engagement tools
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team
