Job Summary

AV Project Manager (Custom Install) – responsible for delivering high‑end residential integration projects for a small, fun, growing audio‑visual residential integration company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑end residential integration projects ranging from £50k to £1M, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget completion.
• Read and interpret schematic wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documents.
• Manage multiple bespoke projects for high‑net‑worth individuals, primarily in London and the Home Counties, with occasional projects elsewhere.
• Oversee integration of Crestron, Control4, and Lutron control systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with clients and team members to understand requirements, avoid pitfalls, and maintain project quality.

Qualifications

• Industry‑certified (CEDIA preferred). Previous experience within the AV custom‑install sector is essential.
• Proven experience with high‑end solutions, including Crestron, Control4, and Lutron control systems.
• Excellent client‑facing and team‑collaboration skills.
• Strong technical understanding of the audio‑visual installation process.

Requirements

Must live and be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
