You’ll join a small, highly valued and global team at the centre of decision‑making. Partnering directly with our largest business unit, you’ll bring your commercial mindset to help solve business problems and drive performance forward.

Working closely with the Senior FP&A Manager and senior stakeholders across product, commercial, marketing and data, you’ll play a key role in turning insight into action in a fast‑paced, data‑rich environment.

Your Impact:

  • Support the Senior FP&A Manager with regular performance analysis covering all KPI’s and the full P&L, with a focus on improving performance.
  • Supporting monthly performance review calls alongside the Senior FP&A Manager by preparing reports/presentations and attending calls.
  • Support the delivery of the annual planning cadence by forecasting and budgeting for the business unit, covering a complex mix of products and markets.
  • Act as a trusted commercial finance partner to senior stakeholders, helping to build an holistic picture of performance & using insights to influence decision‑making.
  • Continually monitor performance across financial & non‑financial areas, spotting risks & uncovering growth opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • You are confident in partnering with your stakeholders, and you enjoy bringing data to push performance levers and help your business unlock growth.
  • Proven experience in a commercial finance/FP&A function – this could be as an FP&A Analyst or Commercial Analyst.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel (complex financial/KPI modelling).
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Great communication skills and ability to build relationships. Able to pivot your communication style and explain financial jargon to all stakeholders.
  • Proactive with a high‑ownership mindset.
  • Being open to learning and development is a must. Working towards an accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) would be desirable.
