To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.The Rathbone, Fitzrovia and its sister property The Collingham Serviced Apartments are continuing an exciting period of growth and development.We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Assistant Revenue & Reservations Manager to support the performance of our boutique hotel operations in Central London.This role is suited to a hospitality professional who combines strong analytical ability with a hands-on and collaborative approach, and who understands the importance of balancing commercial performance with guest experience and operational standards.We are seeking someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident working across both revenue management and reservations operations within a fast-paced hotel environment.The RoleThe Assistant Revenue & Reservations Manager will support the day-to-day commercial and reservations performance of both properties, assisting in driving revenue opportunities while ensuring the smooth operation of the reservations function.Working closely with the wider hotel teams, this role will support pricing strategies, monitor market trends and distribution channels, and help maximise occupancy and profitability across the business.This is a collaborative and operationally involved position, requiring regular communication with all departments to support commercial decision-making while maintaining excellent service standards and operational efficiency.The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the Reservations team and Revenue Director, maintaining system accuracy and contributing to the overall commercial success of the hotels.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the implementation of revenue and pricing strategies to support occupancy and financial performanceMonitor and analyse key performance indicators including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and pace reportsSupport the management of room inventory and rate availability across all distribution channelsMaintain and monitor Opera Cloud PMS, RMS and third-party booking platformsPrepare regular commercial and performance reports for senior managementWork closely with Sales and Operations teams to support market performance and commercial objectivesGuide and support the Reservations team to ensure accuracy, service quality and effective selling techniquesEnsure reservations procedures and systems are maintained effectively and accuratelySupport day-to-day reservations operations and assist the team during busy periodsMaintain strong communication across departments to support a seamless guest experienceIdentify opportunities to improve performance, processes and operational efficiencyWhat We Are Looking ForPrevious experience within hotel reservations and revenue managementExperience working within a 4 star + hotel environmentStrong analytical capability with intermediate Excel skills and confidence handling data andreportingUnderstanding of RevPAR, RGI, segmentation strategy and booking pace analysisExperience using Opera Cloud PMS is essentialStrong commercial awareness and confidence using hotel systems and revenue platformsExcellent organisational skills and strong attention to detailA professional and collaborative approach with strong communication skillsA hands-on attitude and willingness to support operationally when requiredAbout YouYou will take pride in maintaining organised and efficient reservations and revenue operations while supporting the wider team to deliver strong commercial performance and excellent guest service.You understand the importance of accuracy, communication and teamwork within a boutique hotel environment and are confident balancing analytical responsibilities with operational support.Why Join UsThis is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience across multiple areas of hotel revenue and reservations, working across both a boutique hotel and apart-hotel environment within Central London. xwzovoh If you are a motivated hospitality professional looking to further develop your commercial experience within a growing and supportive business, we would be delighted to hear from you.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryBonus Scheme28 days holiday including bank holidaysMeals on dutyLaundry ServicesDiscounted overnight stays at the Hotel and its sister propertyCareer progression opportunitiesAccess to our Employee Assistance Line to support Mental Health and WellbeingReferral Scheme Introduce a Star where you can earn up to £300*Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.….
