Overview

We are delighted to be working with a well‑established and growing food manufacturer to recruit a Senior Brand Manager. This newly‑created, pivotal role gives you full ownership of brand strategy and a key part in shaping future growth. With significant investment planned across innovation and brand development, including new product development capabilities, this is an exciting time to join a rapidly evolving business within its category.

As Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all channels. Reporting into the senior commercial leadership team, you will play a highly visible role in driving brand performance, innovation and market impact.

You will work cross‑functionally to bring products and campaigns to life‑from initial consumer insight through to successful retail execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution and evaluation
  • Manage the end‑to‑end NPD pipeline in collaboration with internal teams
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, delivering clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations and product teams to ensure commercial alignment
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, ensuring high‑quality creative and delivery
  • Support and develop digital marketing initiatives across relevant channels
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Brand Manager or Senior Brand role within FMCG or food
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Experience delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilityExperience managing budgets and external agencies
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
