Host Staffing is recruiting for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded, fresh food-led pub in rural Berkshire.This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established kitchen, open 7 days per week, serving a menu focused on the best of British and Mediterranean cuisine, with a strong emphasis on seasonal, high-quality ingredients.The Role:As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head & Sous Chef to support the kitchen team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality dishes in a busy service environment.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchenStrong communication and organisational skillsA passion for British and Mediterranean cuisine using fresh, seasonal produceAbility to perform under pressure during busy servicesA hands-on approach with a positive, team-focused attitudeThe Package:£40,000 per annum OTE48 hours per week, working 5 days over 7Includes evenings and weekendsOpportunity to work within a quality-driven kitchenSupportive environment with scope for progressionImportant:This role is based in a rural location, so candidates must have their own transport. xwzovoh
