The Product Manager for Travel will build, develop and lead Modulr’s proposition for the travel market. You will be accountability for the development, delivery and performance of our payment products for different market segments including travel intermediaries such as Online Travel Agents, Travel Management Companies, Tour Operators and wholesale aggregators as well as hotels and air lines . You’ll develop a deep understanding of end-to-end booking and payment journeys, methods of payment and preference s . You’ll use the insights to investigate, test and develop innovative solutions that create value across the whole travel eco-system by increasing operational efficiencies, lowering cost s and accelerating time to payment .

Your role will involve:

  • E volution of our travel payments product including API s , dashboards and portals, repor ts , partner integrations and payment methods (cards, account to account payments and alternatives), creating ROI driven roadmaps that address your target customer needs and tie back to business goals and strategy.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of your product suite, including product discovery, design, build and launch ,
  • Supporting the CPO and Product Director you willinput intobusinessstrategy andclearly communicate your roadmaps and the value proposition of your products.
  • Operatingas Product Owner within yoursquadensuring that:
    • Product designs and specificationsaddresscustomerrequirements.
    • In collaboration withthe Engineering Manager, complete epicsand user storiesincluding clear acceptance criteria.
    • Support the development of scalable ways of working within the team to deliver at pace.
  • Ensuring end-to-end delivery of productsand thatall implications on teams across the business(sales, ops,risk and compliance, data)are understood and addressedahead of go-live.
  • Ensuring internal documentation and functional product collateral is created andmaintained.
  • Ensuringeffective launch and market traction of newand existingproductsbycollaborating with sales, demandgenandproduct marketing.
  • Active developmentand managementrelationships with key partners that embedModulrservices and products in their platforms and workflows.
  • Accountabilityfor the ongoingregularassessmentof your productsagainstagreedmetricsand KPIs.
  • Understandingcostsof your product setand working with the wider team to input into pricing strategies.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned productprofessional,with proven track-record of delivering resultsby shipping valuable features and scalingyourproducts commercial performance.
  • You have an excellent command ofproduct managementdisciplinepossessingdeepexpertisein technical product development, API ecosystems, and sophisticated UX designfor B2B products.
  • Proven ability toworkeffectivelyin context of customerengagements (requirements gathering, user testing, product pitching),product development (product design, working with engineering teams) and strategy
  • You are comfortable working in a regulated environment; able to balance speed with operational, security and compliance requirements.Financial services experience is preferred.
  • You have outstanding communication and stakeholderengagementand relationshipskillsacrossC-level customers,partnersand suppliers.
  • Youoperatewith high autonomy, combining meticulous attention to detail, deep analysiswith the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • You have acurious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference.
