Our client is seeking a hands-on Site Facilities Engineer to join their team in Cramlington. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all site facilities, utilities, and infrastructure , supporting business continuity and operational excellence. This position will suit a practical, electrically qualified engineer who enjoys being on the tools , while also taking ownership of compliance, contractor management, and continuous improvement. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on site facilities and utilities, including compressors, boilers, chillers, HVAC, and building services Ensuring all statutory inspections and preventive maintenance activities are completed on schedule and fully documented Managing on-site contractors , including inductions, permits to work, and safe systems of work Identifying and delivering energy-saving and efficiency improvement projects Maintaining accurate and compliant maintenance records and documentation Continuously reviewing and optimising preventive maintenance strategies
