Demand Planner – 12 m FTC | Hybrid 3 days in the office | Central London | £45,000-£55,000
Pod Talent is partnering with a thriving London-based vegan beauty & cosmetics brand seeking a Demand Planner to join their Supply Chain team for 12 months. The company operates over 80 retail stores and experiences double-digit growth annually.
This role involves delivering top-tier demand planning by improving forecast accuracy, reducing bias, and aligning with financial goals. A key aspect is leading the regional S&OP process by analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Forecast demand for a portfolio of beauty & cosmetics SKUs
- Contribute to establishing a best-in-class S&OP process
- Ensure accurate inventory forecasts for new store openings
- Develop and monitor KPIs to improve forecast accuracy
Requirements
To succeed, you should have:
- 3+ years’ experience in demand planning or forecasting
- Background in cosmetics or similar FMCG products
- Strong Excel forecasting skills; experience with planning systems is a plus
- High attention to detail, organization, autonomy, and resilience
