As a Service Manager/ Aftersales Manager at our Seat/Skoda & Honda Dealership in Wigan, you’ll earn a £38,000 basic salary with a £18,000 bonus on top.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all workshop, service, and parts department staff; manage, coach, and develop the team.
• Plan, forecast, and deliver sales targets.
• Grow workshop utilisation and efficiency.
• Manage your own budget and drive business performance.
• Work closely with the head of business and other department managers.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager.
• Drive to push the department forward and achieve KPIs and brand standards.
• Demonstrated profitable track record of delivering excellent results and customer satisfaction.
• Strong management and leadership skills, winning mentality, and passion for the brand.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience essential.
