• Assist individual to maintain his home – help with housework.
• Assist individual with food shopping – this could be online or accessing supermarket in person.
• Assist individual with correspondence and assist with phone calls / communication with professionals.
• Assist individual attending appointments when required – may include public transport or taxis unless PA drives.
