Manager/Senior Manager

You will be a client‑facing advisor, working with entrepreneurial clients to provide strategic insight and support.

Responsibilities

• Work with entrepreneurial clients, providing guidance and support as their trusted advisor.
• Lead client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor budgets, time, and expenses.
• Review working papers, accounts, and tax compliance.
• Offer tax, accounting, and commercial advice.
• Resolve accounting and tax issues.
• Ensure compliance with firm standards.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication.
• Discuss significant findings with the engagement Partner.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients.

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and assisting partners in maintaining client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance.
• Proven background supervising a team of accounts staff.
• Organised, accurate, flexible and able to plan use of time efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with clients, team members, and colleagues, with aptitude to quickly build rapport.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
