You’ll handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including advisory projects and Employment Tribunal cases. Expect high-quality, interesting work with large and complex organisations.
You’ll also get involved in delivering training, running seminars, and supporting business development—so plenty of scope to build your profile.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Employment Law
- Strong experience in Employment Tribunal matters
- Commercial, practical approach to legal advice
- Confident communicator with solid client relationship skills
- Ability to manage your own caseload and support junior team members
