In this role, you will support the delivery of HR operations across the UK business, working closely with senior stakeholders and acting as a key point of contact for both employees and management.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training & development
Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal HR policies
Coordinating payroll inputs, benefits administration and insurance processes
Assisting with visa, relocation and onboarding logistics for new joiners
Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting audits and reporting
Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide HR advice and operational support
Supporting HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirement:
3-5 years’ HR experience
Good understanding of UK employment law
Experience across generalist HR functions
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Fluent English required; Mandarin is a strong advantage
