SOC Operations Lead: Cyber Security & Incident Response

Frasers Group is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead its internal SOC, strengthening monitoring, detection, and response across retail, digital, cloud, and OT environments.

You will manage and mentor the SOC team, contribute to on‑call rotations, and drive improvements in detection capabilities and playbooks while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role requires onsite presence at least 3 days a week at Shirebrook, London, or Accrington.
