Are you a visionary technology leader who loves turning strategy into tangible growth? At Expleo, we are looking for a Country Director of Digital & Technology Services to lead our UK Digital & Technology Services business, shape our multi‑shore delivery model (onshore/nearshore/offshore), and drive sustainable, profitable growth with high‑impact clients.

If you enjoy owning the P&L, influencing C‑suite stakeholders, and building high‑performing consulting and delivery teams, this is a rare opportunity to lead from the front in a truly global, innovation‑driven environment.

As Country Director – Digital & Technology Services, you will be accountable for the end‑to‑end performance of the Digital & Technology Services business in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management & Growth
    • Set the strategic direction for Expleo’s Digital & Technology Services across a portfolio of UK and global accounts.
    • Use a consultative engagement approach to position and deliver Expleo’s value proposition to new and existing clients.
    • Ensure high‑quality delivery that meets or exceeds gross profit targets and client expectations.
    • Intervene proactively in delivery challenges, managing escalations and protecting both client satisfaction and Expleo’s reputation.
    • Oversee and challenge account growth plans, ensuring we continuously expand value and footprint within key clients.
  • Business Development & Commercial Leadership
    • Shape and propose solutions that address client business drivers, ensuring they are technically robust, commercially sound, and value‑adding.
    • Partner with Sales and Engagement Managers through the entire sales lifecycle – from pre‑sales and solution design to client review meetings and renewals.
    • Identify and develop upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across our service portfolio.
    • Lead the commercial growth and client adoption of offshore and nearshore delivery models, positioning them as strategic differentiators on quality, scale, and cost.
  • Operational Ownership & Governance
    • Own the end‑to‑end operational performance of the UK Digital & Technology Services portfolio, including revenue, margin, utilisation, cost control, and delivery efficiency.
    • Define and continuously evolve the operating model across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations, ensuring consistency and scalability.
    • Establish and manage clear delivery, financial, and operational KPIs; ensure performance is tracked, reviewed, and actioned.
    • Oversee robust delivery governance, risk management, and escalation frameworks to protect client outcomes and commercial performance.
    • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and ways of working to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
    • Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, HR, and Group Services on workforce planning, demand forecasting, cost management, and investment decisions.
  • People Leadership & Culture
    • Lead the Digital & Technology Services organisation, ensuring the right structure, capabilities, and capacity to meet current and future demand.
    • Hire, develop, coach, and retain senior talent, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and high performance.
    • Ensure leadership teams are actively developing their people, growing practice capabilities, and building succession pipelines.
    • Build strong, collaborative relationships across regions, functions, and business lines to deliver integrated, standardised solutions for clients.
  • Service Innovation & Market Insight
    • Lead service innovation to ensure Expleo remains best in class and our solutions are aligned with evolving client demands and Expleo’s long‑term strategy.
    • Actively research and interpret market trends, client expectations, and emerging technologies to shape our service portfolio.
    • Drive the strategic development and evolution of the Digital & Technology Services offering to increase client satisfaction, relevance, and competitiveness.
