Networking Engineering Manager | Hertfordshire | £65,000 – £75,000Our client is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Network Engineering Manager to collaborate closely with their Project Management and Engineering teams. This role provides the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, influence system design, and deliver high-quality solutions to exacting standards.You must be an excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills, supported by extensive network engineering experience. A high level of expertise in wireless networks, fibre optics, and telecommunications systems is essential. While the company is based in Hertfordshire, this is a field-based role that will also require international travel.CCNA – essential+Core Networking+Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end network solutions+Strong understanding of VLANs, trunking, STP fundamentals, DHCP/DNS, and core routing concepts+Competent in Wi-Fi site surveys, coverage analysis, and heatmap reporting (Ekahau or equivalent tools)Strong security fundamentals, including network segmentation (owner/guest/crew/IoT), secure remote access and VPNs, and ACL configurationWAN / Connectivity (Yacht-Relevant)+Familiarity with platforms such as Peplink, Celerway, Kerio, Sophos, Cisco, and Kognitive NetworksHands-on Commissioning+Strong fault-finding and system commissioning skills are essentialThis is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-profile network projects while working with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, international environment….
