About the Role:

This is your opportunity to act as the vital technical bridge between our sales, design, and installation departments. As a Kitchen Surveyor, you are the final line of defence, ensuring every measurement is perfect before fabrication. You will take pride in eliminating installation issues at the source, ensuring a seamless journey for our customers.

What You’ll Do as a Kitchen Surveyor:

  • Conduct Comprehensive On-Site Surveys: Capture precise measurements and technical specifications at residential properties.
  • Master the Details: Accurately measure layouts, apertures, walls, service positions, and existing cabinetry.
  • Identify Constraints: Spot potential installation hurdles, structural considerations, and required remedial works before they become problems.
  • CAD Documentation: Generate accurate plans and layouts using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
  • Liaise with Teams: Collaborate with designers and installers to resolve technical queries prior to manufacture.
  • Verify Specifications: Confirm material sizing, hinge positions, and company templating allowances with total accuracy.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Technical Experts: Proven experience in kitchen surveying, interior surveying, or a closely related technical field.
  • CAD Proficient: A strong working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential for this role.
  • Numerical Accuracy: Exceptional spatial awareness and a “right first time” mentality.
  • Sector Experience: Knowledge of kitchen refurbishment, joinery, or the home improvement sector is highly desirable.
  • Proactive Problem Solvers: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of technical decisions.
  • Essentials: A full UK driving licence is required for travel to customer homes.
