Key Responsibilities

• You’ll be working within a busy American‑style kitchen serving high volumes throughout the day.
• Running your own section during service
• Preparing and cooking burgers, fried chicken, BBQ dishes, tacos, and smoked items
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods
• Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

• Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
