Respite Care Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Ealing Council has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Respite Support Worker. This role is dedicated to providing support for adults with learning disabilities in a safe, homely environment.

You will provide direct care, assess needs, prepare support plans, and maintain the unit’s safety standards. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding are essential. The position involves shift work, including evenings and weekends, and is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
