Then this is the role for you! We are currently working with a Constructions Products business who is looking to bring a Customer Service Administrator into their team. This role is fast paced and will constantly be changing, if you are happy to be speaking with a small SME one moment then a large corporate entity the next this will be up your street.
So, what would you be doing?– Speaking to various sites across the UK– Booking external contractors and speaking with internal teams– Updating records and internal systems– Emailing customers & suppliers– Dealing with complaints & issues
But what experience do you need?– 1-2 years Administration or Customer Service experience– You need to be happy taking calls and speaking with a range of customers– Fully IT literate with experience using Microsoft Packages
