- Salary: Scale F, pts 12 – 17 – £16,219 – £17,594 p/a pro rata (£28,598 – £31,022 p/a FTE)

- 24.5 hrs per week
- Term Time plus 1 week
- Start Date: 1 September 2026
About the Role
This is a higher level teaching role to support teaching and learning within our academy.
We are looking for:
- A positive and experienced practitioner who is able to teach small groups and whole classes as part of a strong team.
- A team player who understands the joys and challenges of working in a small school.
- A reflective practitioner who is able to adapt and evolve their teaching to meet the needs of children in the class.
And for someone who has:
- A clear knowledge of how to support all children to achieve their full potential.
- A strong understanding of the curriculum and how it can be adapted to meet the needs of all learners.
- A clear commitment to the values and Christian ethos of our Academy and our Trust.
- Enthusiasm, positivity and a good sense of humour.
Working Hours
The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate at interview but will fall within our academy hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:15pm.
