Teaching Assistant

Salary: Scale 1D, point 3 (£23,340 per annum – actual)

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Term Time Only – 39 weeks per year

We are seeking a teaching assistant to play a central role in ensuring that every pupil at Linden Lodge achieves their potential, whatever their needs may be. The role involves supporting the educational and personal development of children and young people across the school in a dedicated and caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support and education to children and young people across the school.
• Assist in the implementation of individualized learning plans.
• Collaborate with the experienced teaching team to promote independence and well‑being.
• Support pupils in achieving their personal best and meeting assessment targets.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Strong drive and willingness to make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
• Enhanced DBS check will be required.
