The home is decorated in warm and welcoming colors. Wylesfield offers a range of facilities and activities designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing.
Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. These will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
