SEMH Learning Support Assistant — Behaviour & Wellbeing

GSL Education – Leicester is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a role in Birmingham, focusing on supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support and implement behaviour management strategies for pupils with challenging behaviours.

This role requires resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships with vulnerable adolescents. A Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or equivalent is required, and the position starts ASAP with potential for permanence.
