My client is urgently seeking an experienced M&E Design Manager to lead the design coordination on a highly secure, 2-year Defence project in Cornwall. With an M&E value of £130 Million, this is a major scheme requiring strict adherence to defence standards and seamless integration of complex mechanical and electrical systems.
Proven track record as an M&E Design Manager on large-scale, complex builds. Previous experience on UK Defence or highly regulated projects is strongly preferred. Ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate closely with site delivery teams. Eligible for the necessary security clearances required for UK Defence sites – Must have a British passport
Alongside a base salary of up to £90,000, a car allowance, and a performance bonus, my client will provide full accommodation for the entire 2-year duration of the project….
