The Role
As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils on a 1:1 and small‑group basis, helping deliver a highly personalised, sensory‑based curriculum tailored to individual needs.
You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a safe, inclusive environment where pupils can make progress at their own pace.
This hands‑on role requires support with personal care, mobility, and communication development, as well as contributing to monitoring pupil progress, recording behaviours, and supporting the implementation of strategies designed to improve emotional regulation and engagement. This role can be challenging but is incredibly rewarding for those committed to making a genuine difference.
