Milk Education is working exclusively with a primary school in the Woolton area to recruit an Early Years Practitioner who can offer consistent, high quality support across the early years phase. The school is committed to finding someone who can join their team long term and grow within the role.
About the Role:The school is looking for someone confident, nurturing, and experienced in supporting children from 9 months to 5 years. You will help create a calm, engaging, and inclusive learning environment while supporting the class teacher with daily routines, activities, and early development milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children aged 9 months to 5 years across the early years setting
- Help with daily routines, play based learning, and early development
- Prepare resources and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere
- Work closely with the teacher and wider early years team
Requirements
- Experience working with babies and young children aged 9 months to 5 years
- Level 3 or above in Early Years
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
